Jane Dong is the Chief of Staff and Canada Strategy Leader at IBM Consulting Canada, where they contribute to strategic direction and advise senior leadership on various business operations. Previously, Jane held roles such as Digital Enablement Lead and Senior Managing Consultant within IBM's Hybrid Cloud Transformation Services, delivering cloud-based solutions across Canada and the Caribbean. They also served as a Communications Officer at RIC Centre, a Virtual Reality Film Maker for an archaeological project, and a Physics Researcher at the University of Toronto. Jane holds a Master’s Degree in Management of Innovation from the University of Toronto and a High School Diploma with a focus on Visual Arts.
