Janine Sneed

Janine Sneed is currently the IBM Technology Managing Director, overseeing the Hybrid Cloud Digital and Customer Success Unit with revenue responsibilities exceeding $2 billion. Previously, Janine held various leadership positions at IBM, including Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, where they launched successful SaaS initiatives and shaped go-to-market strategies. Janine played a pivotal role in building the Customer Success Organization and is recognized for fostering inclusive leadership through initiatives like "GROW in IBM Hybrid Cloud." With a foundation in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, Janine's expertise drives transformation within the industry.
