Javier Mas

Javier Mas is the Chief Marketing Officer at CaixaBank, where they lead a team responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various segments and channels. With extensive experience on multiple boards, including the Management Board of Mobey Forum and as a member of the Board of Directors for Autocontrol de la Publicidad and the Asociación de Marketing de España, Javier specializes in connecting consumer insights to innovative solutions. They hold a Bachelor's and a Master's in Business Administration from Esade and a PDD from IESE Business School, and currently serve as a professor in Marketing Management at ESADE.
