Jay Krishna

Jay Krishna is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in technical pre-sales and consulting, currently serving as a Solution Architect and Business Automation Practice Leader at IBM. From 2012 to 2017, Jay led a technical team at IBM Singapore as the Lead ECM Consultant, focusing on design and development of financial transaction processes. Subsequently, they worked as a Senior System Architect at Pegasystems and contributed to the development of a Loan Origination System. Since 2018, Jay has been working predominantly in pre-sales, driving automation and workflow solutions for enterprise-level customers across Singapore and ASEAN. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
