Jeffrey Sleight

Jeffrey Sleight is a Senior Technical Staff Member and Manager in the experimental quantum computing group at IBM, where they have worked since 1998. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1995 to 1998 and worked as a Research Assistant at Brookhaven National Laboratory from 1986 to 1988. Jeffrey earned a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Yale University and holds a B.A. in Physics from Vassar College, along with experience as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Helsinki. They are recognized as a Master Inventor, contributing to the development of silicon-on-insulator CMOS technologies and researching the scaling limits of CMOS and SRAM.
