Jen Muncy is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in hardware design and development, currently serving as Vice President of IBM Supply Chain Engineering. Previously, Jen held multiple leadership roles at IBM, overseeing large interdisciplinary teams and managing supplier engineering for various hardware brands. With a strong foundation in reliability, microelectronics, and system design, Jen has made significant contributions to technical supplier management and fulfillment engineering for IBM's mainframe systems. Jen earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Jen is an active member of IBM Systems’ Diversity & Inclusion Executive Team, focusing on the recruitment of technical talent.
