Jerry Keller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and service delivery management. After beginning their career as a Quotations Specialist at Graybar from 1997 to 1999, Jerry went on to hold key roles at IBM from 2013 to 2021, including Service Delivery Manager and Amercias Control Center Lead, where they oversaw the integration of Salesforce and Watson for client case management. Jerry also served as the Greater Houston Area SSR Team Lead, specializing in enterprise level storage solutions. They hold an Associate's degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, having also studied General Science at the US Naval Academy.
