Jim McLean

Jim McLean is the Vice President and Delivery Leader for Financial Services at IBM, where they implement cloud solutions for a financial services client based in London. With a strong background in service leadership across multiple countries and cultures, Jim has overseen large teams and delivered results in complex organizational settings. Prior to their current role, Jim served in various director positions within IBM Global Services, focusing on service management and infrastructure improvements. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland and an MSc in Robotics from Cranfield University.
