Jim Olson is a Kyndryl Fellow and the CTO of Delivery Integration at Kyndryl, where they focus on automation and AI technology strategies. Following a 31-year tenure at IBM, Jim transitioned to Kyndryl after its spin-off, leading initiatives such as Kyndryl Bridge and Integrated AIOps. Previously, Jim was an IBM Distinguished Engineer responsible for storage strategies and quality initiatives, and served as Chief Engineer for Systems Services Engineering Storage. Jim holds an Associate's degree in Data Processing from Norwalk State Technical College.
