Joanne Low

Joanne Low is an APAC HR Leader in Technology Sales at IBM, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as Compensation Leader for ASEAN from 2011 to 2015, where they managed annual compensation cycles and provided strategic compensation planning. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Client HR Partner for Asia Pacific, supporting senior management and driving talent management initiatives. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Management and Finance from Murdoch University, completed in 2011, and an earlier degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Temasek Polytechnic, obtained in 2007.
