With over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Recruiting, and Executive Search, Jody spent 14 years at IBM and 7 years at AT&T, holding key HR and leadership roles. They also ran JB Consulting, a boutique executive search firm, collaborating with top luxury retailers such as Polo Ralph Lauren and Christian Dior. Jody holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and is pursuing an MS in Applied Psychology at Stevens Institute of Technology.
