Joe Dean is the Founder and Past Chairman of the Board of Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, a role held since 2008. Prior to this, they worked at IBM from 1990 to 2008 as a Strategic Partnership Executive and Certified Client Executive in the insurance industry, leading engagements with major clients. Currently, Joe is pursuing a Master's Degree in the Harvard Business School - IBM Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
