Joe Fu

Joe Fu is a Senior Managing Consultant and Principal BRMS Architect at IBM, where they focus on the architecture, design, and development of Business Rule solutions for enterprise systems. They previously held roles as a Principal Consultant at ILOG Inc from 1997 to 2009 and as a Consultant at ILOG (S) PTE LTD from 1995 to 1997, specializing in BRMS and visualization systems. Earlier in their career, Joe worked as a Research Scientist at the National University of Singapore from 1992 to 1995, concentrating on AI and intelligent knowledge-based systems in manufacturing. Joe earned a Ph.D. in Computer-aided Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
