Joel Thomas

Joel Thomas is a passionate people developer and senior manager at IBM, where they currently lead the 'Futures' programme for internship seekers and specialize in school leaver and undergraduate internships. With a strong academic background from the University of Bath, including an MSc in Advanced Management Practice achieved with distinction, Joel has experience as a Project Manager and Managing Consultant, working across various sectors. They also possess a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, during which they published original research on the roles of chaplains in prisoner rehabilitation.
