Joerg Kunz is currently a Senior Partner and Lead for German Defense & Intelligence at IBM, having advanced through various positions since 2001. Previously, Joerg served as the Vice President and Senior Partner at IBM Global Business Services and held multiple roles at IBM Deutschland GmbH focused on client relationship management and business development within the German Defense sector. Prior to their extensive career at IBM, Joerg was a Captain in the Bundeswehr, serving as an Army Officer in artillery from 1985 to 1997. Joerg holds a Diplom Ingenieur in Surveying Engineering from Universität der Bundeswehr München and a Diplom Ingenieur in Industrial Engineering from Fernuniversität Hagen.
