John Higday

John Higday has over 17 years of experience in security consulting and technical support, beginning as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Symantec from January 2006 to June 2010, where expertise was provided in endpoint security and incident resolution. Following that, John served as a Senior Security Architect at Insight from January 2011 to March 2013, focusing on secure infrastructure design and vulnerability mitigation. From April 2013 to January 2018, John held the role of Lead Security Architect at ITS Partners, developing threat intelligence solutions and leading endpoint security implementations. Currently, since February 2018, John is a Senior Managing Security Consultant at IBM, directing enterprise-wide threat intelligence strategies and leading large-scale endpoint security migrations to enhance client defenses against emerging threats.
