John Porter

John Porter is a Senior IT Security Consultant at IBM Global Services, where they focus on Information Security Management Systems and Risk Management. Previously, they held positions as an Information Security Manager at Sun Microsystems and an IT Project Manager at Texas Instruments. Early in their career, John worked as a Database Security Analyst at Oracle and as a consultant from 2003 to 2005. They earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, graduating in 2000.
