John Toglia has over two decades of experience in audio-visual and technical support roles. From January 1994 to January 2004, John served as a manager and engineer at Prime Time Studios. Following this, John joined IBM in February 2006 as a Technical Support Site Manager for Multimedia and IT support, currently managing the A/V Multimedia Site and IT Support at the Louis V. Gerstner Center for Learning. In February 2023, John expanded expertise by taking on the role of Multimedia Specialist and Support Technician at PepsiCo.
