Currently serving as the Head of Loyalty Practice at IBM since May 2017, John advises Fortune 500 companies on loyalty program strategy, marketing transformation, and AI-driven initiatives, particularly within the travel, retail, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Previously, John held key roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Associate Director of Corporate Strategy, leading internal consulting on corporate development and cloud strategy. Additional experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, advising major firms on growth and operations, and investment banking positions at ING and Lehman Brothers, where John focused on M&A transactions in the real estate and consumer sectors. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
