Jon G. Temple, PhD, is a visionary design leader with over 25 years of experience in user-centered design and methodologies. Currently serving as the UX Design Creative Director at IBM, they oversee UX quality for the global intranet and leverage research insights to enhance workplace user experiences. Previously, Jon held various roles at IBM, including Senior User Experience Architect and Design Principal for AI & Automation User Experience, where they focused on innovative design solutions and user research. Jon is also an accomplished presenter and author at UX conferences and has mentored numerous young professionals globally. They are pursuing a PhD in Experimental Psychology at the University of Cincinnati, complementing their extensive background in user experience design.
