Jon Lester is the Vice President of HR Technology, Data & AI at IBM, where they currently lead initiatives in HR innovation. Previously, Jon served as the Global HR Cloud Strategy Lead from 2016 to 2018 and held the position of Associate Partner and European Lead of HR Technology from 2005 to 2016 at IBM Global Business Services.
