Jon Lutinski is a highly experienced and commercially-minded antitrust attorney with a diverse background in in-house, firm, and government roles. They served as Chief Counsel for Antitrust at American Express from 2015 to 2022 and held positions at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and the Federal Trade Commission earlier in their career. Currently, Jon is the Global Competition Law Counsel at IBM and has recently taken on the role of Lead Counsel for Antitrust at Walmart. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis, followed by a Juris Doctor with Honors from The George Washington University Law School.
