Jonathan Goodman

Jonathan Goodman is a bilingual real estate and facilities leader with a strong background in portfolio optimization, capital planning, and stakeholder engagement across Japan and the APAC region. Currently, Jonathan drives IBM Japan’s real estate strategy as Space Program Manager. Previously, they managed workplace dynamics for JLL clients, including the Embassy of Canada, Philips, and Gartner, and secured significant business development wins with global MNCs. Jonathan's early career included treasury sales at JPMorgan and pension plan consulting at Sompo Japan, complemented by a BA in Communications, an MBA in Marketing, and a diploma in International Management.
