Jonathan Jaubert

Jonathan Jaubert is currently the Latin America Portfolio Manager for Cloud at IBM, where they provide support across the US, CA, and LA markets from Costa Rica and Brazil. In this role, Jonathan manages delivery teams, account managers, and project teams while overseeing operational and financial commitments for 112 customer accounts. Previously, they held various positions including Americas Escalation Manager and IT Management Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they facilitated resolutions to critical technical issues. Jonathan's educational background includes an MBA and a Master's in Project Management from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnologia, alongside a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering.
