Jonathan Urieta

Jonathan Urieta is a Senior SAP Product Delivery Lead at Kyndryl, where they participate in various meetings, provide technical guidance, and oversee critical operations to ensure service level agreements are met. They have previously worked at IBM as an SAP Product Delivery Lead, managing technical aspects of customer accounts and leading teams through complex SAP tasks. Earlier in their career, Jonathan served as a Data Analyst at Equifax and held multiple roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, developing expertise in SAP administration and critical incident management. Jonathan is currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
