Joni Saylor

Joni Saylor has extensive experience in design and product excellence with a focus on innovation. At IBM, Joni served as Vice President of both the Product Excellence Office and the IBM Design Program Office, along with holding the position of Distinguished Designer in IBM Consulting from January 2020 to January 2024. Prior to this role, Joni contributed to academia as an InnovationSpace Instructor at Arizona State University from January 2010 to January 2013. Joni holds a Master of Science in Design Research, obtained from Arizona State University in January 2016, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design, earned in January 2004.
