Jose Arroyo

Jose Arroyo is currently a Service Availability Manager at IBM, managing the ABB account for the Americas Region and focusing on stabilizing service operations globally. With previous experience as an IT Manager at NBC Telemundo and an IT Leader at Grupo Acuario Lomas, Jose has demonstrated expertise in project management and IT infrastructure implementation. They hold multiple certifications, including PMP and ITIL, and have been recognized four times for exemplary service at IBM. Jose earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Veracruz.
