Julia Acker

Julia Acker is an EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager at IBM, passionate about people, strategy, and leadership. After earning a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Education and Knowledge Management from RWTH Aachen University, Julia began a career in Talent Acquisition at IBM. Over the years, Julia has held various roles including HR Business Partner and CHRO Executive Assistant, ultimately leading a team of over 20 professionals in talent acquisition across multiple countries. Additionally, Julia serves on the Management Board of the IZF Initiative, which fosters discussions on leadership and current trends.
