Julia Balaz is the A/NZ Hybrid Cloud Lead at IBM, where they help financial services clients modernise and transform through scalable, secure hybrid cloud architectures. With previous roles at industry leaders such as Standard Chartered Bank, Westpac, and ANZ, they have developed a deep understanding of aligning technology with business strategy. Julia has also founded an allied health business that achieved significant growth and successfully managed various roles in corporate banking and management consulting.
