Julia Lao

Julia Lao is currently a Business Operations Analyst for Global Digital Sales Red Hat at IBM, where they have held multiple roles since 2019, including Business Operation Leader and Sales Management Advisor. Earlier in their career, Julia worked as a Telephone Sales Representative for the Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy from 2000 to 2004 and served as a Receptionist/Secretary at Reuben Lieblein Chartered Accountants from 2004 to 2005. They also gained experience in administrative support and data entry at Mount Sinai Hospital during the same period. Julia earned an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, completing their studies in 2005.
