Justin Chu is a technical leader with over 10 years of experience in silicon reliability and foundry interface. Currently a Senior Engineer at IBM, Justin interfaces with foundry partners to enhance FinFET reliability for high-performance computing chips. Previously, Justin worked at Samsung Display as a Reliability/Integration Engineer, where they developed IGZO-TFT technology and conducted reliability assessments. Justin holds a Ph.D. from the University of Florida, where they also earned a Master of Science, and completed their Bachelor of Science at New Mexico State University.
