Jyoti Basu

Jyoti Basu is a Senior Business Analyst at IBM with over 21 years of IT industry experience, including more than 17 years focused on Business Requirement Analysis in the General Insurance and Banking & Finance sectors. They worked at CMC Ltd from April 2001 to July 2011, primarily in General Insurance and Railway Accounting. Since July 2011, Jyoti has been with IBM India Pvt. Ltd., taking on roles in the Insurance (P&C) and Banking domains, and they have experience working on-site in the US. Jyoti holds a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University and a PGDMIT from the Institute of Management Technology.
