Kapil Dawar

Kapil Dawar is a Talent Acquisition Leader at IBM, where they have been leading the recruitment function for Finance & Administration and Infrastructure Services since 2005. With over 19 years of experience in talent acquisition, they are passionate about recruitment strategy, diversity and inclusion, and the integration of AI in HR. Kapil has also held a senior recruitment role at GENPACT LLC from 2002 to 2005 and is currently pursuing a PGDBA at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. They hold a B.Com from Delhi University and a PG in Journalism & Mass Communication from the Institute of Media Studies, Delhi.
