Kara Todd is the Vice President of IBM Z Application Platform, where they lead the software portfolio encompassing strategy, product management, design, and financial performance. They joined IBM in 2002 as a z/OS Software Support Engineer and have since held various management roles, including z/TPF development manager and Program Director of the z/TPF development lab. Throughout their career, Kara has championed Agile methodologies and client involvement in design processes. They hold a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Marist College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Penn State University.
