Karl Chen

Karl Chen is a Senior Consultant specializing in Organizational Development, Talent, and Leadership Development at IBM, where they have worked since 2008. With a background that includes six years in multinational HR development and an impactful tenure as County Vice Governor, Karl has developed expertise in talent and employee development, learning training, and corporate culture transformation. Additionally, they served as a professional reviewer for the 2008 China HR Yearly Award and were a key speaker at the 2009 China HCM Forum. Karl obtained a Master's degree in Journalism and Communication from Fudan University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
