Kate Woolley is currently the General Manager of IBM’s Ecosystem, where they lead global sales and programs supporting numerous partners in leveraging technology for real-world impact. Previously, Kate served as Chief of Staff to IBM’s CEO, where they enhanced strategic alignment across the organization. Prior to their tenure at IBM, Kate was a Partner at Bain & Company from 2006 to 2020, contributing significantly to the Technology practice and co-leading the Cloud Computing initiative. Kate is also a board member at United Way of New York City and is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research at the University of Melbourne.
