Katherine Pan

Katherine Pan is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM since January 2022, specializing in recruiting for Hybrid Cloud service lines in GCG China and Taiwan. Prior to IBM, Katherine held talent acquisition roles at 艾奕康 and Flowserve Corporation, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and maintaining strong relationships with HR business partners and stakeholders. Katherine also gained experience at GE and served as a consultant at Beaconchina, an HR consulting firm. Katherine holds a bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University, completed in 2012.
