Kaveri Kumar is a seasoned professional in quality and service delivery excellence, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead at Kyndryl. With a background as a Software Quality Analyst at Huawei Technologies and roles at IBM and Sapient, Kaveri has specialized in infrastructure improvement, backup and recovery projects, and the implementation of ITIL and Agile processes.
