KB Abeykoon

KB Abeykoon, PhD, is currently a Senior Développeur at IBM. They have a diverse background in chemistry and education, having held roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at San Diego State University and as a Teaching Associate, where they emphasized laboratory safety and standards. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Business Development professional at FoodLoop and an English teacher at ÉLYSÉES LANGUES, providing intensive language training for various corporations. They earned a PhD in Materials Science from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a Master’s in Chemistry from San Diego State University. Additionally, KB began their academic career with a B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Otago.
