Kevin Cuddy is a Government & Regulatory Affairs Executive in the Export Regulation Office at IBM, where they coordinate surveillance and human rights policy initiatives and oversee compliance with non-US export control regulations. Previously, Cuddy served as the inaugural Trade, Technology, and Security Fellow at the Stimson Center and as a Senior Manager for International Trade Compliance at General Electric Company. Cuddy has also held roles at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, providing expertise in export control compliance and policy advocacy. They hold a Master's degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics from American University. Cuddy currently chairs the board of the National Council on International Trade Development and is a member of the International Advisory Council of the James Martin Center for Non-Proliferation Studies.
