Kim Hwan is a certified IBM professional and strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner APAC with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and human capital management across various industries. They have a proven track record of developing and implementing advanced sourcing strategies while fostering diversity and collaboration. Previously, they held roles at Schlam Engineering, Kyndryl, and Energy Resourcing Group, where they managed recruitment processes and optimised operational systems. Currently, at Flowserve Corporation and IBM, Kim oversees technical hiring in the APAC region and champions recruitment initiatives that enhance the employer brand and improve stakeholder collaboration.
