Laura Storey is a global employee communications leader and award-winning professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, employee engagement, and content creation. As an IBM Inventor, Laura has contributed to various employee communications initiatives, including HR programs and software acquisitions, while leading teams to innovate and enhance employee experiences. Laura previously owned a photography business and held roles at IBM that focused on internal and executive communications, supporting diverse programs and initiatives.
