Laura Turner has over three decades of diverse experience in information technology and customer service. Early career commenced at Standard Federal Bank as a Loan Servicing Representative, followed by a role at Marketing Force as a Help Desk Analyst, providing support for various software and hardware systems. Laura then served as a Help Desk Analyst and Supervisor at Chrysler Corporation, overseeing operations of a 24/7 help desk team. From 2004 to 2008, a position as a Lotus Notes Administrator for Chrysler was held.
