Lee Vigue, CISSP, CISM, is a cybersecurity leader and technology operations professional with extensive experience in program development, management, and architecture. Lee has worked in diverse environments, including the US Federal and State governments, and has held significant roles such as Cybersecurity Solutions Branch Chief at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and Chief Information Security Officer at the Legislative Data Center. Currently serving as the Director of the Cyber Center of Excellence at IBM, Lee excels at aligning technological capabilities with business requirements while effectively managing risk.
