Léo Hamon is currently the Chief of Staff to the President of IBM France and is also a Master's student at the Sciences Po School of Public Affairs. Previously, Léo served as a Government Affairs Officer at IBM and held various positions within the company related to government affairs and support for the president. Léo has experience as an interpreter with the United Nations and freelanced at the Embassy of France in China. Léo holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Chinese language and culture and conference interpreting, both with honors. Léo is also a visiting lecturer in tech policy and regulation at ENSC - Bordeaux INP.
