Leo Lau

Leo Lau is the Head of Strategy & Transformation and the Head of Business Applications at IBM Consulting HK, overseeing two of the six service lines. They previously served as an Expert Senior Manager at Bain & Company and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where they led client engagements and contributed to business development. Prior to that, Leo was a Management Consultant at PwC, focusing on product and service innovation in China. They co-founded The iCon Education and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Law at The University of Hong Kong.
