Leonard Pociask is a Lead Architect in Cybersecurity Services at IBM, specializing in AI-driven security, data integration, and automation. With over 15 years of experience, Leonard has a hands-on approach to software architecture, focusing on scalable solutions that prioritize clarity and maintainability. As the creator of MARS, a no-code/low-code ETL orchestration platform, Leonard enhances backend workflows in cybersecurity. Leonard previously held roles at Leroy Merlin, Roche, and founded LEKOM, a smart building automation platform, showcasing a versatile skill set in IT infrastructure, business intelligence, and smart home technology. Currently, Leonard is pursuing a degree in informatics at Górnośląska Wyższa Szkoła Handlowa im. Wojciecha Korfantego.
