Leonardo Dilser is currently the Head of Procurement, Facilities & Real Estate for Brazil and LATAM North at Fiserv, where they also serve as the Brazil Sponsor for the ethnicity group within the Inclusion & Diversity team. Previously, Leonardo held significant roles in procurement at IBM and Yara International, including Head of Procurement for Latin America and Procurement Category Manager for IT, respectively. They started their career in supply chain roles at Konica Minolta. Leonardo has an MBA in Project Management from Universidade de São Paulo and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Finance from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios.
