Leons Halili is a Cyber Security Specialist with a robust background in incident response, threat hunting, and cybersecurity strategies. Currently employed at IBM since April 2024, Leons leads investigations into advanced persistent threats and malware outbreaks. Prior experience includes a role at Autoriteti Kombëtar për CESK, where Leons executed penetration testing and developed incident response playbooks, as well as a position at Credins Invest, managing enterprise security infrastructure and conducting compliance assessments. From August 2016 to November 2022, Leons collaborated with various companies to design IT security strategies and ensure GDPR compliance through secure coding practices.
