Lesley J. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and project management within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Strategy & Transformation Lead at IBM since October 2015, Lesley is responsible for the execution of a business-wide transformation programme and developing strategic roadmaps. Previous roles include Senior Managing Consultant with a strong focus on healthcare projects, Delivery Lead for various government and health organizations, and contributions to IBM's Cloud Application Innovation platform. Lesley also served on the leadership board of 500WS, an organization committed to promoting inclusivity in science.
